Affiliate Programme Terms
The rules behind your referral link, commission and payouts.
Commission rate
You earn 20% of every qualifying payment made by a customer you referred, for 12 months from their first attributed signup.
12-month window
Commission applies only to payments made within 12 months of the date a referred customer was first attributed to you. Payments after the window earn nothing.
30-day hold
Each commission is held for 30 days after payment before it becomes approved and eligible for payout, covering the refund and chargeback window.
$50 minimum payout
Your approved balance must reach at least $50 before it is included in a payout batch.
Monthly, admin-approved payouts
Eligible balances are paid monthly in crypto to the payout address you provide, after review and approval by KONIS.
Clawback on refund or chargeback
If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed, including after it has been paid, as a debt against future earnings if nothing remains to reverse.
Self-referral is prohibited
You may not refer your own account, a second account you control, or use your own link to buy your own plan. Detected self-referrals earn no commission and may lead to suspension.
Brand bidding and spam are prohibited
You may not bid on KONIS brand terms in paid search, or promote your link through spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading claims. Violations may result in forfeited commissions and suspension.
Suspension
KONIS may suspend an affiliate account for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. A suspended account keeps its accrued history but earns nothing new and cannot be paid while suspended.
Your own tax responsibility
KONIS does not withhold tax or issue tax forms on commission payments. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax owed on this income in your own jurisdiction.
Changes to the programme
KONIS may change the commission rate, window, hold period, or minimum, or end the programme entirely, with reasonable notice. Commissions already earned under prior terms are honoured.
