Account Information: When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, hashed password, and — if you use social login — the OAuth identifiers issued by Google, Facebook, or Apple.

Subscription & Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (PayPal, MetaMask for on-chain payments). We do not store credit card numbers or wallet private keys on our servers. We retain a record of your active subscription tier, purchase history, and invoice metadata for tax and service-delivery purposes.

Exchange Credentials (Trading Bots only): If you connect an exchange account, we store the API key, secret, and passphrase you provide. They are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key held only on our servers, and are decrypted solely to configure and start your bot. They are never returned to your browser — the dashboard shows only the last four characters of a key, so you can tell two apart. When a bot starts, its credentials are written into that bot's configuration file on the execution host, readable only by the service account that runs the bots, and mounted into the isolated container running your bot. Create keys with trade permission only: the service does not use withdrawal permission and will never ask you for it.

Bot Configuration: The settings you choose for a bot — strategy, trading pairs, timeframe, leverage, position sizing, stop-loss and take-profit levels, and order timeouts — are stored with your bot record. Analytics Bots hold no exchange credentials of any kind.

API Usage Data (Quant tier only): We record per-request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, API key id, response code) for rate-limiting and billing-audit purposes.

Usage & Diagnostic Data: We automatically collect information about your device, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and timestamps for analytics, security, and service-reliability purposes.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the KONIS AI Market Analytics, Watchdog, Analytics Bot, Trading Bot, and Quant API services
• To authenticate you, gate access by subscription tier, and enforce rate limits
• To process payments, issue invoices, and fulfil subscription activations
• To run the bots you create — and, only after you have explicitly armed a Trading Bot for live trading, to place and manage orders on the exchange account whose keys you supplied, within the strategy and risk limits you configured
• To communicate with you about your account, security notices, and service updates
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security threats
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

To set expectations clearly — KONIS is a crypto-signal and trading-automation service, not a social network or content platform. We do not collect:

• Uploaded images, photos, videos, or any user-generated media
• Biometric data
• Location data beyond your IP-derived country for compliance/geo-gating
• Contacts, address books, or microphone / camera input
• Advertising identifiers or third-party tracking pixels

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3), secure server infrastructure, strict access controls, and hashed password storage (bcrypt). Exchange credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only to start your bot. The per-bot configuration files that carry them are readable only by the service account that runs the bots.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, complete billing, or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time via the contact email below or the in-app account deletion flow where available.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party services that assist in operating the platform (payment processors, cloud infrastructure, email delivery)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of DEHUB INTERNATIONAL VIET NAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY, our users, or the public
